GIFT OF A LIFETIME

A story of love I always find myself in
The reality being I have nothing to offer her
I lack the spark of the charmer
So also do lack the charisma of a romantic
What could I truly give her in appreciation for her presence in my life
If I were to give you the moon it wouldnt count
If I were to buy you the whole country it just wouldn't cut it
Even if I were to acquire all pearls emeralds rubbies and jewelries of the world
It still wouldn't budge you
What ever could I possibly give to you
The answer slaps me in the face with great detail
I would love you like you were my only hope to live
I would cherish you like you were my last pearl on earth
I would cherish you even more than my life
The love that goes beyond the ages is what you truly deserve
And this is all you want
