LOVE HURTS
In his heart she lay all the time
Loving her more than he could care for his own life’
Oh how she made his world turn around
Everything seemed so beautiful
Dwelling in paradise he was
Not caring a out the troubles of the day
Not fighting in his heart over whom to be devoted to every
thought
Every bone and nerve
Every controlling factor of his being geared towards her
Oh how their love bloomed
An envious site to behold
But as history enlightens us
“every good thing surely comes to an end someday”
Slowly and painfully
Their bond of love spindled with fibers of gold and warmth
To another she had given her heart
His heart crushed by the one whom he held so close
Alone on the cold long bench he sat
His world now in shambles
She was long gone and he was left to ponder
Alas it dawned on him
Love comes and love goes
We just have to be ready for the usual
The heart break.
