LONE RANGER

A smile on her face

Heart full of joy

She must be an angel

So hard to ignore

Her gracious presence fills me with gladness

A little giggle from her and I’m in paradise

I long to see her smile

Never a dull moment when she’s by my side

Always hoped she noticed my feelings

How much I cared and thought about her

But the spoken word never uttered

Could never tell her how I felt

Sad I am that she never knew the truth

Out of my reach she is now

All alone I am once again.
